Inspection is responsible for inspecting the project for compliance
with current applicable codes and ordinances. The division is
staffed with State of Florida Certified Inspectors. Inspectors
visit jobsites, as requested, to determine if construction is
progressing according to the plans, in compliance with current
applicable codes and ordinances. All work must be inspected before
it is can be covered with additional materials. All projects
permitted require a final inspection. The inspector will record
inspection results on the permit job card posted on the jobsite.
Inspection results will also be available later in the day from the
computer file through this website. |
