Injunctive relief is the process whereby legal action is taken through the court system to prevent the continuation of a nuisance violation.  Settlement Agreements may be reached between the respondent and County and authorized by the court system. Such agreements:  establish the amount of money to be paid; set parameters on the operation; and establish a specific time frame to cure the violation.
