Bereavement Leave

Employees, upong request, shall be granted up to 3(three) days of
administrative leave with pay to attend the funeral affair is of an
immediate family member.

|
An employee who is summoned as a member of a jury is granted administrative
leave with pay.

Sick Incentive Hours
|
Employee is eligible to earn 24 hours (annual leave hours) per last full pay
period of the calendar year. Leave is awarded for conservative use of sick
leave hours used during the year.

Employee is eligible to receive 104 hours annually paid sick leave.

0-4 years of service: 3.70 hrs per pay period = 96 hours per year 5-9 years of
service: 4.62 hrs per pay period = 120 hours per year 10+ years of service:
6.15 hrs per pay period = 160 hours per year
