The Ft. McCoy Public Library is our oldest library. In June 1996, the public library opened in a portion of the 1936 historic Fort McCoy School. The library was made possible by a $60,000 renovation of the historic building done by the Marion County Facilities Department. Expansion of library space within the existing building is planned for 2011.
