NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MARION COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT OF THE MARION COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN |

The Marion County Planning Commission will consider the proposed Evaluation and Appraisal Report on the Marion County Comprehensive Plan, and make recommendations regarding its' adoption to the Marion County Board of County Commissioners. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the report as follows: Marion County Planning Commission Public Hearing Commissioners Auditorium 601 SE 25th Avenue , Ocala, Florida November 23, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. The proposed report may be inspected by the public at the Growth Management Department, Planning Division, 2710 East Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, Florida, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays. Interested parties are encouraged to appear at these hearings and provide comments regarding the proposed report. APPEAL: NECESSITY OF RECORD Notice is given that if any person desires to appeal any action taken by the Planning Commission at the above hearing, a verbatim record of the proceedings may be necessary. The Planning Commission assumes no responsibility for furnishing said record, however, the hearings will be audio recorded for public use. |

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ADOPTION OF THE PROPOSED EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT OF THE MARION COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN |

Marion County, Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, will consider the adoption of the Evaluation and Appraisal Report on the Marion County Comprehensive Plan, for transmittal to the Florida Department of Community Affairs (DCA) for its review of sufficiency pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 163.3191, Florida Statutes. Prior to it's adoption, the Board of County Commissioners will hold an adoption public hearing on the report as follows: Board of County Commissioners Adoption Public Hearing Commissioners Auditorium 601 SE 25th Avenue , Ocala, Florida November 30, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. The proposed report may be inspected by the public at the Growth Management Department, Planning Division, 2710 East Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, Florida, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays. Interested parties are encouraged to appear at these hearings and provide comments regarding the proposed report.
