Utilities Payment Options
There are several options available for the payment of your bill:
- Automatic Bank Draft:
- This program has proven to be very popular with over 7,000

- On-Line Payment:
- Monthly bills can be paid on-line using Discover Card,
MasterCard, and Visa credit or debit cards. Click on "On-Line
Payments" here or on our home page, located at the top right
corner. You will need to activate an online account by entering the
information requested exactly
as it appears on your bill and then create a user name and password
to access your records. If you forget your password, please call our
office and we will reset your account. Please
allow 24 hours in order for your payment to process. Call our office
with a confirmation number if your account is due for disconnection.
- Payment by Mail:
- Mail your check or money order with your payment coupon to:
Marion County Utilities, P.O. Box 31596, Tampa, Florida,
33631-3596. Use the payment envelope provided with your
billing statement.
- Drop Boxes/Office:
- Payment drop boxes are collected on Monday and Wednesday
evenings.
Please do not place late or cash payments in
boxes. Drop boxes are located at:
- Freedom Library - 5870 SW 95th Street
- Marion Oaks Community Center - 294 Marion Oaks Lane
- Palm Cay Guard House - SW 106th Place
- Silver Springs Shores Community Center - 590 Silver

You may also make payments at our business office located
at 1219 S. Pine Ave., Ocala. Business hours are Monday through Friday,
8:30AM to 4:30PM. The office also accepts Discover Card, MasterCard
and Visa, credit and debit cards. All check payments are treated as ACH
transactions through TeleCheck.
