Utilities Engineering Division

The Engineering Division was created to develop and design construction plans for the utility. Begun in 2004 for the purpose of providing maps for the field personnel, we are now working to bring this division to its full potential. Additional staff will allow in-house design, which will result in increased efficiency in developing construction plans for utility growth and maintenance.
