In order to determine Capital Charges in a timely manner, please submit a set of plumbing plans to Marion County Utilities when plans are submitted to the Building Department. Failure to do so may result in a delay in setting the meter.

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for the Capital Charge review, and a minimum of 2 weeks to set the meter after the Capital Charge payment is received by Marion County Utilities.
