Starting in fiscal year 2013-14, Marion County departments began creating strategic plans to identify five-year projections into future services and needs. These plans help departments set or update priorities, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish agreement for intended results, and assess and adjust the department's direction in response to a changing environment.

The Office of Fiscal Review accepts strategic plans on an alternating submission sequence. Click on the below links to read their five-year strategic plans:
